A Butler man is facing charges after he allegedly sexually assaulted a child.
Police say 37-year-old Adam McCandless-Levin was with a 7-year-old victim, and performed a sexual act on the child, which caused bruising.
The child claimed McCandless-Levin had done this before.
An 8-year-old victim also accused McCandless-Levin of touching them under their clothing.
McCandless-Levin has been charged with aggravated indecent assault, indecent assault of a person less than 13-years of age, and endangering the welfare of children, he is currently out on nonmonetary bail as he awaits a preliminary hearing.
