Butler County is just outside of the top ten counties in getting their population vaccinated.
According to the latest information from the Department of Health, Butler County ranks 11th in the state in the percentage of its residents who have received at least one shot of the COVID-19.
The data also revealed a majority of the county’s seniors have received a COVID vaccination. Nearly 85 percent of the county’s residents ages 70 to 74 have received at least one shot of the COVID-19 vaccine. That number remains close to 80 percent for ages 75 and older.
