The Butler Area School District will be taking action against invasive pests this week.
On Friday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. employees of TruGreen will be treating select areas at the Butler Senior High School and the Intermediate High School weather permitting.
Products to be used include Barricade Pre-Emergent and fertilizer as well as Escalade 2 weed control.
Areas that will be treated will be posted at each site.
