Butler Township Police are warning residents after bears were spotted in a local neighborhood.
Police say a black bear and three cubs were spotted in the September Drive area—which is just near the Dutchtown Village.
Police say residents should put away bird feeders, food, and make sure garbage is put away.
They are also asking to keep pets in a safe place.
This sighting comes about two months after a bear attack in the Bon Aire neighborhood of Butler Township.
