A Butler County woman will be facing charges in Allegheny County after being accused of driving the wrong way on a bridge then fleeing after a crash.
On Saturday, around 6:30 a.m. police were called to the Fort Duquesne Bridge for a wrong way crash. When officers arrived on scene, the wrong-way driver, 41-year-old Lindsay Kleeman of Butler, had fled the scene.
Kleeman was caught hours later near the 31st Street bridge.
According to State Police, Kleeman was traveling south in the northbound Lanes of the Fort Duquesne Bridge. She crashed into two vehicles, sending one person to the hospital.
Charging documents have yet to be filed but State Police have cited Kleeman.
