One person was taken to the hospital after a vehicle fire in Forward Township this morning.
The call came into the Butler County 911 Center around 7:30 a.m. for a vehicle on fire on Brownsdale Road, in between Evans City Road and Tunnel Road.
Dispatchers say the driver was initially inside the car at the time of the call, but bystanders were able to get the man out of the car.
The man did have injuries to his leg and head, and was taken to a Pittsburgh hospital.
A portion of Brownsdale Road was closed for a time.
