Patrick Cantlay defeated Bryson DeChambeau in a six-hole playoff Sunday to claim the BMW Championship in Maryland. Cantlay moved into the #1 spot in the FedEx Cup and will go into the Tour Championship next week with a two-shot lead over Tony Finau. The final event will pay $15 million to the winner. DeChambeau shot the lowest four-day total not to win an event in PGA Tour history.
