No one was injured yesterday when a car struck a natural gas shed in Eau Claire.
It happened yesterday afternoon around 12:45 p.m. on South Washington Street. First responders heard a hissing sound of gas when they first arrived. But utility crews were able to plug the natural gas regulator and shut off the valve.
Police say no evacuations were necessary.
The cause of the crash and name of the driver was not released.
