Two people from Summit Township who were charged with endangering the welfare of children had changes made to charges filed.
In late October, police charged 44-year-old Nathan Frndak and 36-year-old Jessica Bisignano with several counts of endangering the welfare of children after they allegedly overdosed with children at their home on the 400 block of Mitchell Hill Road.
Yesterday, some charges against Bisignano were withdrawn, while charges were added against Frndak.
Frndak saw the charge of manufacture, delivery, or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver added. The charges were added after he allegedly had over 137 grams of an illicit substance was found in the home. Frnkdak also had a weapon in the house.
Both are being held in the Butler County Prison on $100,000 bond as they await preliminary hearings.
