One person was killed on Thursday while changing a tire on the side of the Parkway North, and the driver is facing charges.
According to triblive.com, 65-year-old Lynn Nystrom of Pittsburgh, PA veered off the roadway and struck 65-year-old Scott Hirsh. This accident occurred near the Camp Horn Road exit around 1:20 p.m.
Police say they plan to charge Nystrom wtih careless driving.
