An environmental organization is coming to Butler to collect old and unused chemicals to safely dispose of them.
The Pennsylvania Resources Council works on preventing waste to help conserve the environment.
The recycling event will take place at Karns City Junior/Senior High School on April 12th from 9:00 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Residents can bring unused chemicals like household cleaners, paints, pesticides and more.
There is a fee, but registration is required.
