A Chicora woman is facing charges after it’s alleged she threw power tools at a man.
On Wednesday, police were called to a City of Butler home for an altercation.
Charging documents say 39-year-old Angela Crawford was intoxicated when she threw a cordless power drill at a man leading to a laceration.
When officers asked Crawford to leave the home, she declined and as officers then attempted to place her under arrest it’s alleged she hit the officers.
She was charged with aggravated assault, simple assault, and resisting arrest. Crawford was placed in the Butler County Prison on $7,500 bond as she awaits a preliminary hearing.
