Multiple fire departments responded to the scene of a barn fire in Clearfield Township Monday afternoon.
The call came into the Butler County 911 Center shortly before 2 p.m. for heavy smoke and a fire at a barn in the 500 block of McEvoy Road near Clearfield Road.
Crews from Herman, Chicora, East Butler, Butler City, Buffalo Township, Saxonburg, and Oneida Valley were among those arriving on the scene to find the structure on the ground.
A vehicle was also on fire with a brush fire moving towards a trailer. The fire was under control after about an hour. It is not known at this time if any people or animals have been injured as a result of the fire.
