Cocktails-to-go took another step toward becoming a permanent fixture in Pennsylvania.
The state house overwhelmingly approved the measure to allow the takeout drink option a full-time feature at PA bars and restaurants.
The drinks were temporarily allowed last year in order to help restaurants during the pandemic restrictions.
The bill now moves to the state Senate.
