College Football Saturday:
–Pitt will visit Georgia Tech in a key ACC match-up. The Panthers enter the game 5-1 in the ACC. Georgia Tech is 6-1. Kick-off is 7pm. The game will be televised on ESPN. The Panthers are 2-1/2 point underdogs.
–Penn State will host Nebraska for a 7pm kick-off. That game will be televised on NBC. The 4-6 Nittany Lions are 7-1/2 point favorites over the 7-3 Cornhuskers.
–Grove City will travel to Indiana to face Hanover in the First Round of the Division III playoffs. Kick-off is noon. Both teams enter the game 8-2. 15 Wolverines players were named to All-President’s Athletic Conference honors Thursday, including six players named to First-Team honors.
In the Division II playoffs:
–IUP will host Assumption. Kick-off is 1pm.
–Kutztown is hosting Bentley for a noon kick-off.
–California is in Richmond to face Virginia Union. Kick-off is 1pm.
