A Colorado man is in the Butler County Prison after stealing a car from a local dealership.
On October 17 39-year-old Michael Petrie allegedly stole a 2021 Kia Sportage LX from Ellis Automotive. He has been charged with Theft by unlawful taking of a motor vehicle, driving without a license, and more.
The vehicle was returned to Ellis Automotive and Petrie is awaiting his arraignment.
