The Butler County Commissioners are evaluating their next steps after the county wasn’t included among those that had their stay-at-home orders lifted on Friday.
The commissioners hosted a conference call with local legislators over the weekend to discuss challenges they say exist because of a lack of information regarding the measurement tool the state is using to reopen counties.
The commissioners say they will be leading an effort to organize fellow commissioners in the southwest region to take collective action, which could include legal action.
