A local community is coming together this weekend to remember a man taken too soon while giving back to those in medical need.
The mother and sister of Corey Comperatore are hosting a memorial blood drive in his memory Saturday and Sunday from 8 a.m. until 4 p.m. in the Laube Hall Banquet Room in Freeport.
