PennDOT will start construction on three different bridges on Route 8 South starting next week.
Officials say the work will stretch in between the Butler/Allegheny County Line and about a mile-and-a-half south of Cooperstown.
Construction will take place on three different bridges; one that runs over the south branch of Glade Run, and two other Glade Run tributaries.
Work on two of those bridges will happen this year, and the third bridge construction project will start next year.
The project is expected to be completed in August 2022.
