The Butler County Coroner was called to a manufacturer facility in Middlesex Township yesterday.
Details on the accident are unclear, but our news partners at WPXI report that one man died at Vorteq Coil Finishers Tuesday afternoon.
The incident happened around 3:30 p.m.
Vorteq Coil Finishers is located on McFann Road, which is just slightly south of Route 228 East.
