Counselors have been made available to students at Slippery Rock High School following the death of one of their students in an accident.
Police have not released the identity of a 15-year-old boy who died in the one vehicle crash Sunday night.
The accident happened at the intersection of Route 8 and Kiester Road. Police say a 17-year-old lost control of his car on the snowy road and crashed into a tree.
His 15-year-old brother died as a result of injuries sustained in the crash. The 17-year-old suffered minor injuries and was taken to an area hospital. He has since been treated and released.
Both brothers were students at Slippery Rock High School.
