A project to replaster the pool at Alameda Waterpark could be delayed after receiving a bid that was over the expected price.
Butler County Commissioners received only one bid for the project in-time. That bid was for over $600,000, which was far more than commissioners expected.
There were two other bids that were submitted, however both did not arrive prior to the deadline.
Commissioners tabled the vote and plan on discussing their options.
It was their hope to have the project completed by mid-May so the pool could open in time.
