Butler County will officially be adding more voting precincts.
County commissioners approved the proposal to add eight more polling locations to the county.
A majority of the spots are in the southwestern corridor of the county.
- Adams Township 2: Lifepointe Alliance Church
- Adams Township 4: Adams Twp. Municipal Building
- Adams Township 5: Treesdale Community Center
- Connoquenessing Township 2: PA National Guard Amory
- Cranberry Township West 7: Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints
- Cranberry Township West 8: Victory Family Church
- Jackson Township 2: Rock Lake Community Center
- Middlesex Township 3: Crossway Community Church.
Commissioners also approved purchasing the necessary equipment for the precincts, which will cost around $105,000. Although state funding is expected to pay for the machines.
