A longtime executive in Butler County government is preparing for retirement.
Lori Altman will be stepping down from her role as chief clerk and human resources director. She will be transitioning to a part-time role in labor relations.
Current Deputy Chief Clerk Maria Malloy will take over as the interim chief clerk while the new job is re-evaluated.
The county is also currently conducting interviews for a new human resources director.
