Cranberry Township is getting ready for a summertime “Slow Down Campaign.”
This bi-annual effort of the Police, the municipality, and local homeowners associations begins tomorrow and continues through June 20th.
It uses radar speed signs, yard signs, and an increased police presence to make sure vehicles stay at low speeds through residential neighborhoods.
The effort is funded through local business sponsorships and the Cranberry Township Community Chest.
Neighborhoods can still sign up for the program on Cranberry’s website.
