Cranberry Township is getting ready to open its new community event space tomorrow.
They are hosting a “Celebrate Cranberry” event from 4-7 p.m. at the new Armstrong Great Lawn. Immediately before the event at 3:30 p.m. local officials will unveil the Armstrong Great Lawn Donor Wall.
The green space in front of the Cranberry Municipal Center was recently finished and is now open for the season.
There will be police and fire trucks at the event for the kids, along with story time, a book sale, games, and food trucks.
The event will also serve as Local Government Day with numerous township departments on-hand.
