Cranberry Township residents will be paying a bit more for their garbage starting this month.
The township agreed to a new agreement with Vogel Disposal earlier this year that will see increases for garbage pickup.
An initial rate hike is now in effect, and another increase is planned for November. Vogel cites rising costs that have resulted since the pandemic.
The new contract with Vogel spans five years.
