Cranberry Township is contracting with an architectural firm to take a closer look at a new community space as well as making improvements at a local golf course.
Last week Township Supervisors engaged the architectural firm DesignStream to conduct a feasibility study for a Community Recreation, Arts, and Cultural Complex. The study will look at potential locations, program expectations, market analysis, financial considerations, and general conceptual layouts.
The Township also entered into a contract with DesignStream to suggest upgrades to the Cranberry Highlands Clubhouse that would help grow the facility as a regional point of interest. The firm would also prepare construction documents for the potential renovations. That project could be complete by next spring.
