Cranberry Township is looking at the possibility of adding a community facility and upgrading a local athletic field.
Township supervisors approved a feasibility study for the creation of a “Recreation, Arts, & Cultural Center.” No other details were available on the center.
Supervisors also approved a contract to look at turfing one of the soccer fields at North Boundary Park. This is the first of three steps, which will look at which of the three existing fields will be best suited to turn into a turf field.
