The Cranberry Township Board of Supervisors is considering adopting a resolution about diversity and inclusion later this week.
Township officials are currently updating the Diversity and Inclusion section of The Cranberry Plan, which is the municipality’s long-term comprehensive plan.
A public hearing on a proposed update to that plan was held last week to continue to advance diversity initiatives with a goal of becoming a more welcoming community through sustainable strategies.
Cranberry Township residents were able to contribute to this effort through a survey last fall.
