Cranberry Township firefighters say they were able to test new technology and equipment that will be utilized to help with rescue missions.
Crews were called to help find a woman who was lost in the woods at the Community Days event.
During that time, the fire company used a new drone and vehicle equipment that has been in the works for the past year.
The vehicle allows township crews to set up a field command post since it has radios, chargers, computers and more. It also has a lighting system and drone to help locate people.
