Multiple crews are battling a blaze at a vacant building in the City of Butler.
The fire broke out around 3:20 a.m. at the former Elliot Furniture building near the intersection of South Cliff Street and Center Avenue, on the South Side neighborhood of Butler.
Numerous fire departments from around the county requested to help battle the blaze. When our reporters got on scene around 5 a.m., flames could still be seen roaring out of the building.
Firefighters say part of the roof collapsed just after 5 a.m.
There are traffic restrictions in place; a portion of Wayne Street is shut down across the Viaduct Bridge.
