Crews battled a fire at a home that was under construction in Jefferson Township Monday.
The fire broke out around 1:30 p.m. at a home in the 200 block of Heller Road.
Crews arrived on scene and found the fire fully-involved, with heavy black smoke in the area. The fire was soon upgraded to a two-alarm fire and additional crews were called in to help battle the blaze.
The fire was brought under control within an hour.
Dispatchers say it was a new home that was under construction. The start of the fire is under investigation.
