The clean up from Saturday’s storms and high winds continues today.
The Butler County 911 Center has handled dozens of calls throughout the weekend for down wires and trees.
Between First Energy and Central Electric, there are still over 1,100 homes in Butler County without power this morning.
Drivers should also be aware that some side streets are still closed due to down trees.
The National Weather Service estimates that wind gusts reached over 60 miles per hour on Saturday.
