Numerous crews from Butler County were called to help battle a house fire in Pine Township Monday.
Many southern Butler County fire departments were called just before 4 p.m. for a working fire at a home on Babcock Boulevard.
Crews arrived on scene and found a large working fire at a two-story home. They soon began to knock down the flames and vent the roof.
A man was initially inside when the fire started, but was able to safely escape. No one was injured in the blaze.
Crews cleared the scene in about two hours.
The fire marshal has been called to investigate.
