Crews were called to handle a minor electrical fire at a home in Jefferson Township yesterday.
It happened around 11 a.m. at a home in the 100 block of Bonniebrook Road.
According to dispatchers, the house was full of smoke and there were flames and smoke coming from the electrical panel.
The homeowner was able to put the fire out on their own.
However, crews had to help with ventilation. They also requested power be shut off to the home.
No one was injured and crews left the scene after about an hour.
