Multiple fire departments were called out to battle a fire at a Marion Township residence Monday afternoon.
The call came into the Butler County 911 Center shortly after 5 p.m. for a house on fire in the 2000 block of West Sunbury Road.
West Sunbury Fire Department was joined by those from North Washington, Marion Township, Eau Claire, and Harrisville at this incident.
It is unknown if anyone was injured as a result of the fire. The extent of damage and cause of the fire are also unknown at this time. The scene was cleared after approximately two hours.
