A culvert replacement project will begin soon in Evans City.
The borough is undergoing a project to replace a culvert on Harrison Street.
The cost is expected to be around $440,000 for the project.
The labor for the project will be paid for via the $5 vehicle fee in the county. Officials say the labor will not cost more than $75,000.
