The Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources has kicked off the America 250PA celebration with the announcement of 25 GeoTrails, including two in Butler County.
This DCNR is inviting all to visit one of 25 state parks that will feature Geocache themes. Geocaching is technology-driven scavenger hunt with hidden hints through different areas.
Jennings Environmental will have a feature on Frontier Remnants and Moraine Park will feature its Liberty Tree.
If you visit all 25 parks and you will receive a completion coin.
