The sitting Pennsylvania auditor general has announced he will be running for reelection.
Republican Tim DeFoor is seeking re-election. He won his last election over Nina Ahmed by three points, now he’s running as an incumbent.
DeFoor was the Dauphin County controller where he recovered $1 million in taxpayer money in his first term.
The only other person to declare for the position is State Representative Malcom Kenyatta (D-Philadelphia).
