More information has been released on a crash earlier this week at a dangerous Butler County intersection.
The two vehicle accident happened Monday morning around 11:40 a.m. at the intersection of Route 8 and Branchton Road in Slippery rock Twp.
Police say 27-year-old Abigail Swift of Grove City was driving north behind 71-year-old Robert Grove of West Sunbury. Grove was then attempting to turn right onto Branchton Road when he was hit from behind by Swift.
Both cars were significantly damaged in the crash.
Swift and Grove were taken to Grove City Medical Center with minor injuries.
