The Detroit Pistons won the NBA draft lottery last night, giving them the top overall pick in the July 29th draft. The Houston Rockets received the second pick and Cleveland will select third. Favored to be the first selection is Oklahoma State guard Cade Cunningham who averaged better than 20 points per game in his only collegiate season. He was the Big-12 Player and Freshman of the year last season.
NBA Playoffs last night:
–Phoenix defeated the Los Angeles Clippers 104-103 to take a 2-0 lead in their best-of-seven Western Conference Final series.
