With tonight’s Taste of McKean and the Butler Fall Festival tomorrow, there will be a number of closures drivers should be aware of.
For this evening, both Cedar and East Locust Streets will be closed for the Taste of McKean event. The closure runs from 3:30-8:30 p.m.
Officials also urge drivers to use caution as there are expected to be a number of pedestrians walking around the McKean area tonight.
As for Saturday’s Fall Festival, Main Street will be closed from 8:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. in between Wayne and Cunningham Streets. There will also be parking restrictions in that area starting at 8 a.m.
The normal detours will be in place around the city. Police also say Jefferson Street will be open.
