One person was taken to the hospital after a crash in Jackson Township yesterday.
The accident happened around 12:20 p.m. at the intersection of Route 528 and Route 19.
Dispatchers say the driver of a flatbed truck crashed into a guiderail. A doctor that was nearby checked on the driver to find the person with a pulse, but was not conscious.
Crews were able to extricate the driver, who was then taken to UPMC Cranberry.
Crews remained on scene for nearly two hours.
