State Police in Butler were called to the scene of a one vehicle crash on June 9, 2017.
According to the police report, 25-year-old Jacob Hoover of Slippery Rock, PA lost control of his vehicle the intersection of Branchton Road and Franklin Road shortly before 1:30 a.m. Hoover’s vehicle struck a guide rail while he was attempting to make a right turn. While police were investigating the crash, it was determined that Hoover was under the influence of alcohol.
He is facing charges for driving under the influence.
