During a news conference Monday, Duquesne men’s basketball coach Keith Dambrot announced he will be retiring at the end of the season. The Dukes season has been extended at least a game after they made the NCAA tournament by winning the Atlantic 10 tournament championship over the weekend. The 65-year old Dambrot said that he had decided at the start of the season this would be his last as coach. His total record between his time at Central Michigan, Akron and Duquesne is 440-268. The Dukes have made the tournament for the first time since 1977.
