The former Ellwood City Medical Center has filed for bankruptcy once again.
Guardian Development Group purchased the building three years ago, but the company just recently filed for bankruptcy.
Ellwood City Medical Center first closed in 2020 and has not reopened since.
Officials in Ellwood City are hoping that an urgent care facility moves into the location.
