AAA officials say they saw a significant increase in emergency calls over the last week.
In AAA’s East Central office, they handled more than 37,000 service calls going back to the Saturday night before the snow storm. Officials say that is 80 percent more than normal.
The top call was a dead battery, along with towing requests, extractions, and flat tires.
