A large company is planning on moving a significant portion of its operations to office space in Cranberry Township.
St. Louis-based technology and software company Emerson Electric will move its power and water solutions business from RIDC industrial park to 142,000 square feet over two floors at Cranberry Woods.
Emerson says that the main goal of the 15 year agreement is to improve sustainability of operations in a more energy-efficient facility.
Emerson plans to renovate and modernize the space which was formerly part of the Westinghouse headquarters.
