An Evans City man is accused of harassment after he repeatedly yelled a woman over the weekend.
State police were called to a home on Main Street in Connoquenessing Borough Sunday around 4 a.m. for a domestic incident.
After an investigation, police found that 50-year-old Jason Smith repeatedly yelled at a woman and refused to leave her alone. Police had been called to the same home earlier in the evening for a prior incident and told Smith to leave.
He was cited for harassment.
